In our first meeting, you can tell us what you’re looking for, your budget, timeline, the purpose of your renovation, along with information about your building.

ROUGH ESTIMATE

Next, we’ll create a rough estimate of the costs including labor, and materials along with a time frame. If this is acceptable to you, we go to the next step.

DESIGN

In the design stage, we work with you, along with a team of architects and designers. First, we confirm the plans and layout. Next, you’ll select the specific finishes, flooring, fixtures, tile, hardware, etc.

EXACT BREAKDOWN ITEM BY ITEM

That is where you have control of the expenses. You will know the price for all labor and materials in case you want to make any changes.

BUILDING PERMITS

We assist you to get any needed permits from the Department of Buildings. Along with that, you will also need approval from your condo or co-op board if applicable.

CONNECTION TO OUR CLIENT PORTAL

Each day you can log in and view photos of completed work and communication from the project manager. Available on computer, tablet, or phone.

START PROJECT

Your project begins. You along with your construction manager, the team of designers, architects, and engineers can see daily progress online, make changes, and send messages.

PROJECT COMPLETED
