- Shop drawing review, mock-ups, template sequencing and slab selection alongside the design team.

- Constructability review, phased estimating, value engineering without loss of intent, and schedules that survive contact with the site.

Delivery
One project manager, one superintendent, one line of accountability.
Weekly cost reporting, three-week look-ahead schedules, RFI and submittal logs kept current, and a single point of contact for the architect, the designer and the client. Discretion on site is a condition of employment.
