About Us · Our Process
Our process and bids are different. You're in control.
Eight stages, each with a clear deliverable, so you always know what has been decided, what it costs, and what happens next.

- 01
Initial Consultation
In our first meeting, you can tell us about your project needs along with your timeline and budget. We will ask you questions to focus on your specific situation and build out a plan of action.
- 02
Rough Estimate
Next, we'll create a rough estimate which will list out the costs including materials and labor. We'll also give you a time-frame. If the rough estimate works for you, we go to the next step.
- 03
Design
In the design stage, we'll work with you, along with a team of architects and designers. First, we confirm the plans and layout. Next, you'll select the specific materials, finishes, flooring, lighting, etc.
- 04
Exact Breakdown Item By Item
This detail gives you control of the expenses for the entire project. You will know the price for all labor and materials in case you want to make any changes.
- 05
Building Permits & Codes
We know the building codes and follow them to make sure your project is built right. Additionally, we help you get any required permits needed from the Department of Buildings.
- 06
Connection To Our Client Portal
We'll get you set up on our online client portal where you can see the progress of your project. You can communicate with the project manager as well as view images and deadlines. You can log in from any computer, tablet, or phone.
