Scope
We handle both sides of these projects — board approvals and building compliance on one hand, high-quality construction on the other.
Alteration agreements, insurance requirements, building hours, freight elevator scheduling and neighbour notice are managed as part of the scope rather than treated as an afterthought.
Work is sequenced to keep disruption to the building and its residents to a minimum while the finished apartment is held to the same standard as our whole-house work.
