Scope
We work with the existing structure and bring it up to modern standards, from structural repairs and system upgrades to full interior renovations.
Period detail — mouldings, wainscoting, stairs and plaster — is retained and matched where it survives, while mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are replaced to current code.
Permits and Department of Buildings filings are handled as part of the work.
